Classes

  • I offer small classes, 1:1s, 2:1s and workshops tailored to the individual needs of my clients. From anyone wishing to start their PILATES journey as a beginner, starting back after a break or as an experienced PILATES practitioner, I provide modifications and progressions to ensure the session suits you.

  • Workshops for ladies during pregnancy or clients recovering from illness or injury

1:1 Classes

1:1 sessions will help you to address your individual needs and, after one session receive a personal plan and video for you to use at home for personal practice. A series of individual (1:1) sessions would enable you to benefit greatly. It will also ensure a safe and effective transition into a small class of up to 4 people which is also available. Pilates can be done standing, seated or lying down.
